Robert H. Culp, PE, WA, IDBob, a graduate of Stanford University, holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A licensed professional engineer in Washington and Idaho, his experience encompasses many phases of civil engineering including but not limited to water and wastewater systems, pipeline replacement and extension projects, street design and improvements, platting and subdivsions. Bob has been with Munson Engineers, Inc. since 1984 and as the current managing principal engineer he has seen overseen many projects, some of which include the East Wanatchee Fred Meyers, Crawford Street improvements, Roosevelt Lake Ranch, Sandcastle Estates, Roatary Park, Wenatchee Avenue "Streetscape and Heritage Glen.

Sheri Markwardt, EIT
Sheri, a 2007 graduate from Harvey Mudd College, has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. During college, she worked for the Oregon Department of Transportation as a highway inspector. She also was awarded a De Pietro Fellowship in Civil Engineering, working closely with a professor conducting research on monitoring the structural stability of buildings.

Survey Department
Larry Weinert, PLS,WA
Larry manages Munson Engineer’s Leavenworth Office. Prior to coming to Munson, he owned and operated his own land survey firm in Leavenworth for seventeen years. He has also worked for the Cascade School District, the City of Leavenworth and the US Forest Service. Larry is a registered Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Washington.

Jim Holscher, Survey Manager
Jim graduated from Cincinnati Technical College with a degree in Surveying. He holds an Ohio Professional Land Surveyor’s license. Jim has not only worked as a surveyor for the last 20 years, but has gained skilled knowledge working as a carpenter, project engineering, contract administrator and appraiser.

Paul Burke, Survey Technician
Paul Burke has worked as instrumentman on several surveys including Cox Construction and Silver Mountain Mine survey in Okanagan County, Davis Canyon Cadastral survey for the Wenatchee National Forest, the Palisades survey for Douglas County. He has been responsible for GLO research, section breakdowns, line posting and solar shots. He was Party Chief in charge of surveying the Columbia Irrigation District drainage lines, the Grant County Municipal airport, Alcoa pollution systems, the Chelan County PUD Riverfront Parks.

Paul Snelson, Survey Technician
Pual Snelson graduated from Wenatchee Valley College after getting his AAA in Computer Aided Drafting Technology at National Education Centers in Arizona. His experience ranges from designing modular homes and lighting systems to computer consulting. He also spent over five years as an Office Equipment Specialist, working directly in costomer service.
