Robert H. Culp, PE, WA, ID

Bob, a graduate of Stanford University, holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A licensed professional engineer in Washington and Idaho, his experience encompasses many phases of civil engineering including but not limited to water and wastewater systems, pipeline replacement and extension projects, street design and improvements, platting and subdivsions. Bob has been with Munson Engineers, Inc. since 1984 and as the current managing principal engineer he has seen overseen many projects, some of which include the East Wenatchee Fred Meyer, Crawford Street improvements, Roosevelt Lake Ranch, Sandcastle Estates, Rotary Park, Wenatchee Avenue Streetscape and Heritage Glen.

Survey Department

Larry Weinert, PLS, WA

Larry manages Munson Engineer’s Leavenworth Office. Prior to coming to Munson, he owned and operated his own land survey firm in Leavenworth for seventeen years. He has also worked for the Cascade School District, the City of Leavenworth and the US Forest Service. Larry is a registered Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Washington.

Jim Holscher, Survey Manager

Jim graduated from Cincinnati Technical College with a degree in Surveying. He holds an Ohio Professional Land Surveyor’s license. Jim has not only worked as a surveyor for the last 20 years, but has gained skilled knowledge working as a carpenter, project engineering, contract administrator and appraiser.
